He possesses strong expertise in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and calculation, construction methodology and method statement development, QA/QC documentation, preparation of quality plans, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) implementation, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) compliance and closure, and overall project compliance management. Renowned for his mastery in Rigid and Flexible Pavement Design as well as advanced material engineering, he has extensive experience in concrete and pavement mix designs including Concrete Mix Design (M10 to M100 grades), Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC), Soil, Granular Sub-Base (GSB), Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), Dry Lean Concrete (DLC), Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC), and bituminous mixes such as Bituminous Macadam (BM), Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM), and Bituminous Concrete (BC).

He has ensured structural integrity across eight major Metro projects, including complex Elevated, Underground, and Double-Decker systems. His recent portfolio includes the Mumbai Metro and Indore Metro projects, along with his role as a Pavement Specialist for Greenfield International Airport projects, where he rigorously validated the suitability of materials for permanent works.

A specialist in material testing and analysis, Er. Rawat possesses deep expertise in National and International codes of practice, including AASHTO, BS, ASTM, IS, and IRC. He is well-versed in the documentation and quality systems required for NHAI and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways projects. His technical proficiency is further strengthened by international experience in the Gulf region, where he implemented advanced specifications for Earthworks, Bitumen, and Concrete, including specialized ASTM/AASHTO Superpave Asphalt Mix Designs.

Dedicated to systemic quality excellence, Er. Rawat excels in establishing independent Quality Management Systems (QAP) aligned with ISO 9001:2015. His capabilities extend to the railway sector, where he executes Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) based on RDSO specifications.
